Tour Option 1 | Guided Morning Jeep Tour with Lunch


A jeep tour is a spectacular way to see the Colorado Rockies. See all of the incredible mountain ranges surrounding the Vail valley from the comfort of a customized Jeep Wrangler, that seats 5-6 people comfortably. Along the way you will pass by fields of wildflowers, hear stories about local history, and maybe have encounters with wildlife. Ride along for an adventure you will never forget.

You will still be able to choose from over 15 trails and experience the magnificent Rocky Mountains to an elevation of 12,000’ in varied locations within the White River National Forest.

Tour Option 4 | Camp Hale Overnight Jeep Tours


overnight trips vail coloradoIf you would like to combine one of your guided jeep tours with an ATV tour mountain bike tour or paintballing, why not stay the night in one of the cabins at Camp Hale? Listed on the National Historic Register, Camp Hale was the home of the World War II 10th Mountain Division, whose members had such an impact on the Colorado ski industry after the war. The Pando Cabins are built of log and all contain 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen and fireplace and satellite TV. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed; the second bedroom has a full size bed. All of the living rooms have sleeper sofas that fold out into another full size bed, allowing total sleeping accommodations for six people. The cabins are nestled amongst pine trees and each has its own deck. Smoking is not allowed in the cabins.

Cost: $225 1-2 guests, $300 3-6 guests, Free for children 8 and under, $20 per pet, $100 extra per night Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day weekends with a three night minimum. All rentals are subject to a 4.5% tax, and 7% resort fee. Rentals include a 20% discount on most activities at Camp Hale.

Rent a Wrangler 2-Door, a Rubicon 2-Door, or a Wrangler 4-door for a half day four hour or a full day eight hour rental in the Buena Vista area with access to the ghost town of St. Elmo near Mount Princeton, old mining sites, high mountain lakes, passes over the Continental Divide, and wild flower meadows. The company will help you plan your trip based on your experience level and interests, or just give you a map and point you in the right direction. Mosquito Pass, Hancock Pass, Tincup Pass, Old Monarch Pass, Cumberland Pass, and Weston Pass are all within close proximity to the base.
