Frisco Nordic Center – Lessons & Rentals
The Frisco Nordic Center is located on the shores of Lake Dillon. Their groomed cross-country ski trails and snowshoe nature trails are in the White River National Forest. 45 kilometers of beginning to expert terrain are groomed daily for classic and freestyle cross country skiing and 13 kilometers of snowshoe trails, all of which traverse the peninsula of Lake Dillon. Breckenridge Nordic Center – Lessons, Tours, & Rentals
The Breckenridge Nordic Center is mainly located on Peak 8 in Cucumber Gulch. 30Km of groomed Classic and Skate Cross Country Skiing and 18Km of Scenic Nature single track Snowshoe Trails wind in and through old growth spruce forests, with scenic overlooks. The New Nordic World on Peaks 6 & 7 includes groomed trails on 1,300 acres. This area features the “Kathy’s Viewpoint” cabin with sauna, and the “Hallelujah Hut”, destination warming huts that are heated and open all day, everyday for your enjoyment. There are some dog trails for skiing on Peaks 6 & 7, and self-guided snowshoe trails for dogs on a leash. Driving Directions to Breckenridge.

Private Lessons, Semi-Private Lessons, & Group Lessons:
Ski Lessons and are the easiest way to out-think your feet. Learn correctly from the beginning, double your fun and triple your progress. Practice on the trail what you learn in ski school. Take additional ski lessons and tours as you progress, improvement comes quickly with guidance. Lessons are for provided for all levels, beginner, intermediate or advanced. Take a private lesson, a semi-private lesson that can include children and youth for a maximum of seven people, or get together a group for your own group lesson, with a maximum of eight people.
Cost Private Classic or Skate Ski 1.25 hours: $75 Adult, $65 Senior 60+
Cost Semi-Private Classic or Skate Ski 1.25 hours: $65 Adult, $45 Youth 6-17, $45 Senior 60+

Private, Semi-Private, & Group Snowshoe Tours:
Take a tour of the Nordic Center with a private instructor by yourself, or have a semi-private tour with two to seven people, a group tour with a maximum of seven people, or a longer evening tour that is best within one week of a full moon. Semi- private tours are able to accommodate families of all age groups, with small children pulled by one of the adults in a sled. Snowshoe with a guide and learn local history, flora, and fauna. Learn the best trails, snow, flats, and hills. Improve your technique and learn new skills. Get a great workout and enjoy the beautiful Breckenridge Nordic Center.

Keystone Nordic Center – Tours & Rentals
The Keystone Nordic Center offers more than 9 miles (16 kilometers) of groomed trails and provides access to more than 35 miles (57 kilometers) of nearby packed trails through the White River National Forest (these trails require a 3-5 mile drive to reach the trail heads). Snowshoeing, ski skating, cross-country skiing, lessons, rentals, guided tours and specialty programs are available. Nordic Soup Bistro:
Relax and warm up before or after your Nordic adventure with a beverage, including beer, wine, coffee, hot chocolate, soft drinks and a snack in the clubhouse or on the sunny patio. Enjoy a daily soup buffet lunch, featuring a selection of three hearty, home style soups with fresh rolls, butter and jam. The Nordic Soup Bistro is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The soup buffet is served daily from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm and costs $13 including tax.
Group Nordic Skiing Lesson:
An introduction to cross-country skiing techniques. Learn how to move efficiently, turn and stop.

Private Lesson:
A private lesson in classic cross-country or ski-skating techniques.

Family Lesson:
Semi – Private Nordic skiing lesson for adults and children together, couples or any group that would like more personal instruction.

Snowshoe Ecology Hike:
An easy family-oriented hike through the Snake River Valley. Learn about local wildlife, plants & mining history.

Mountain Top Snowshoe Trek:
Snowshoe from the top of the gondola on Dercum Mountain to Bergman Bowl and back (avalanche conditions permitting). Enjoy the amazing views and get a great workout.

Tour Time: Wednesdays & Saturdays 10:15 am, by reservation only. Available daily with a minimum of 3 people and 24 hour advanced reservations, minimum age is 12

Friday Ladies Days:
Lessons taught by women for women. This unique program combines social activities with classic cross-country skiing in the morning and snowshoeing or ski-skating in the afternoon.

Old Fashioned Family Tubing
Family Tubing the old-fashioned way – tubers will walk up the small hill and slide down. This is an activity that is great fun for families, especially those with young children and grandparents.
Cost: $17 per one hour per tube
Tour Time: Daily 10:00 am to 2:30 pm Opening Day to February, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm March, weather dependent
Duration: Tube rental is on a first come first served basis, tubes may be shared and ridden with children in laps
