Tour Option 1 | Paintball at Four Eagle Ranch 


colorado paintballExperience the thrill of a paintball battle for your group or family during your Colorado vacation. Paintball is one of the best team building activities. It teaches people to work together while providing leadership training, boosting morale, and offering great exercise. Most of all, it is fun. Paintballing is excellent for birthday and bachelor / bachelorette parties, corporate outings, private sessions, or people looking for an action-packed adventure. Your referee will organize the games of your choice. Snacks and drinks are available at the course located at the historic Four Eagle Ranch close to Wolcott. You are allowed to bring your own paint ball but not your own paint.
Archery instruction is also available. You will join a certified instructor to learn technique, stance, proper draw, sighting and release, safety, and target practice.

Cost: $99 per person (500 rounds), extra rounds of paint $25 for 500 rounds, non-refundable deposit of $20 per person
Cost Camouflage Coveralls: $6 per person
Cost Archery: $25 per person for a half hour with no reservation necessary 

Times: Wednesdays to Sundays,  9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, or 3:00 PM by appointment for groups only, 
Minimum: 8+ years , 4 person minimum 4 person minimum for archery

Maximum: 40 people
Duration: 2 – 3 hours depending on how many rounds are used, 20 minutes per game

Included: Face mask, gun, barrel, plug, endless CO2, and 500 rounds of paintballs, water (Gatorade available for $1).
Recommended to bring: Sturdy shoes or boots that can get paint on them, long sleeves, pants (layering is a good idea).

Tour Option 2 | Archery at Camp Hale


Camp Hale was the location where the 10th Mountain Division trained in World War II, and then fought in the Alps. Many of their members, now only a few remain, came back to the area to open the new ski areas, head up the ski schools and ski patrol, and made the Vail Valley what it is today. Why not bring out your inner warrior, and channel the spirit of the 10th Mountain unit, with a try at the new popular sport of archery. Your guide will teach you technique, stance, proper draw, sighting and release, safety, and target practice.The activity will begin with a recurved long bow with finger grips attached to the string, arm guards, and arrows. Once you have mastered the basics and can hit the target, there will be fun games to take your shot to the next level. Four stations will be provided complete with traditional bulls-eye and other targets. This is a great activity to finish out your day of adventure after an ATV, Side-by-Side, or Jeep Ride, and before you go in for lunch at McCallister’s grill.

Cost Archery: $25 per person for a half hour with no reservation necessary 
Times: Daily,  9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM on most Fridays and Saturdays, and some Sundays due to weddings on the properties 
Minimum: 8+ years,  4 person

Duration: 30 minutes

Included Archery: Instruction, bows and arrows, four targets with bulls-eyes and animals.
Recommended to bring: Hat, sunblock & sunglasses, water, jacket.
